The mobility transformation continues to move forward. New manufacturers and industries are entering the business field, established ways of thinking are being challenged. Mastering this challenge holistically is where the true progressiveness of humanity will be derived in the future.
For the time being, we divide the mammoth task of new mobility into smaller segments. Using the AVIERA GD as an example, we show approaches to solutions as to how sub-segments of individual transport can be represented both technically and in terms of design.
Although many questions regarding future mobility are currently unanswered, one basic human need is unlikely to change in the near future: the desire to move, the urge to discover new things, the longing for experience.
Feel Good Experience
Values and demands on the mobility of tomorrow are changing. What used to be considered a given increasingly seems out of date. What is often wrongly argued as a restriction, even a loss of pleasure, offers, in our view, the opportunity for new worlds of experience.
We salute the trend that has been going on for some time now to give more weight to the interior. Upcoming autonomous systems and drive types offer us designers the opportunity to interpret interiors in a completely new way. Almost every component may be discussed anew, its meaningfulness questioned. A land vehicle will continue to roll on wheels for the time being, all other components will be recombined.
With the AVIERA GD, we are demonstrating our vision of the dawn of a new age. As grandiose as this may sound at first, the development of the automobile is advancing rapidly - and we would like to make our contribution to create the future responsibly.

Our world is fast-paced, time is precious. Future generations are increasingly questioning the added value of individual transport. In our view, rightly so, the daily commute in urban areas is an additional burden for many.
We would like to counteract this, first of all, by re-establishing positive emotions in the car as a product from the user's point of view. A private retreat should be created, offering the opportunity to use travel time in a new way.
Unobtrusive and geared towards the needs of the respective person. Emerging technologies will offer us opportunities especially here, the combination and functionality of which the customer often still hastily underestimates. We say it is time to revive the old familiar and to pick up upcoming buyer groups at eye level. The car is becoming desirable again!

A look behind the scenes at Genesis Design (GD). We spare ourselves buzzwords like team spirit, creative thinking and problem solving and focus on our strengths: an all-embracing creative eye, a mind that doesn't settle too quickly and, last but not least, the ability to turn all that into successful products.

Exterior design has always been considered the supreme discipline of industrial design. The automobile as an object literally lends itself to being designed from the fullest possible range: it stands, it moves, it fulfils a variety of functions. In addition, it is the prestige object par excellence, probably the most technically complex consumer good to which everyone has access and can afford. Germany is particularly fortunate in this respect.
For the exterior of the AVIERA GD, we deliberately abandon traditional visual habits. A fine line: avantgarde - yes, overtaxing the viewer - no.
The challenge is to find a stylish balance, to build a bridge between technology and emotion. If we want to serve a value of the old automotive world despite all progressiveness, it is that of the extended me, of maximum staging. The car as the greatest possible accessory.
THE FINE LINE BETWEEN THE PRESENT AND THE AVANTGARDE
Enhancing products is our world - for over 20 years. In the case of the AVIERA GD, this part of the project can be called advanced, our comfort zone.
In contrast to the interior, here we are bound by more narrowly defined technical specifications in order to keep the product credible - even though we are showing a study, this is still our claim. Aerodynamic laws remain just as valid as driving dynamic aspects through a sensible design of the chassis.
This knowledge, coupled with an understanding of how we express ourselves using lines, proportions, volumes, surfaces and details to generate emotions and desirability in a targeted manner, creates a vehicle shell entirely to our taste: a play of sensual seduction, function and signature aesthetics.
This is what we mean by GD | AdvancedDesign.
We appreciate all these possibilities and are hungry for developments. We literally force ourselves to break through established process chains and try out new things. This often results in decisive impulses.
The AVIERA GD impresses with a very high level of detail and realism. This, combined with Class A surface quality, shows our expertise and approach to work.
We do not implement bluntly, rather we control the entire process with the highest standards of design - we have a virtuoso command of all our tools.

WELLBEING FOR THE EYES
Constantly improving algorithms enable renderings close to photography and in less time. One is not meant to replace the other, in fact both techniques cross-fertilise in the process.
Our aim is to use the medium of computer-generated imagery with sincerity and style: from composition to lighting and rendering of the individual materials - the harmony of such disciplines requires a good sense of storytelling in combination with good powers of observation. UseCase as its best!

Anyone who observes the competition and the design industry carefully realises: pure design performance based exclusively on the appearance of the respective product is no longer sufficient for successful positioning on the market. The individual contexts and requirements that the new competition claims for itself are too complex.
Once again, we mention our 25 years of expertise at this point. Change has always been part of the industry. Change may appear in ever shorter and faster cycles, but we are not surprised by these developments - we predict coming trends early on and thus help our clients to survive in future markets.
